40 | Instructions for Use Assist X Call
Feedback:
The caller gets informed by the device when the call release has been
recognized and is forwarded. Two different „Call recognition“ situa-
tions are treated. On the one hand, the dispatch of the call by the
AssistX Call
, on the other hand, the feedback from the call system
that the call has been received.
• Call sent
The sending of a call is signalled optically and acoustically. The
signals inform, that
AssistX Call
has recognized the sensor action
and switched the call line. The signal is shown regardless of the call
system having recognized the call or not.
• Confimation indicator
Call buttons must have a so-called confirmation lamp, which is con-
trolled by the call system to signal the call triggering to the caller.
The confirmation light is
red
.
AssistX Call
receives the confirmation
light signal from the call system and uses it to switch on the
red

LED. This signal is controlled almost directly by the call system and
indicates that the call has been received.
