Customizing Your Program

Go to View Menu, Customize

Commands Tab

-‐Add/Remove tools and rearrange tools by using Move Up/Move Down

Layout Tab

-‐Customize icon size and amount of toolbox colors

Settings Tab (suggested changes)

-‐Dual Mode ActivBoards > Touch input handling

-‐Flipchart > World Color

-‐Tools > Default Tool

Other Tools

Clock

Displays current time and includes countdown timer

Reveal Tool

Helps focus students’ attention on a particular part of the flipchart page

Dual User

The ActivBoard allows for Dual Pen input using 1 teacher ActivPen and 1 student

ActivPen at the same time.

To activate Dual User, select the Tools Menu, Dual User.

A second toolbox will appear that only the student ActivPen will control.
