correct path to

“phoenix.mdb”
file. Restore the
connection to the
database file.
Check the
functioning of the
net connection.
Replace the USB
cable.
Regularly verify
the connections
with the data net.
Failed image
capture
The patient
moved or closed
the eyes during
the capture
Ask the patient to
keep the eyes
open, look the
fixation light and
not to move the
eyes.
Failed image
focus
Presence of dust
of grease on the
optical parts of
the device.
Clean the surface
of optical parts
with a soft cloth.
Make sure the
patient does not
touch the optical
parts.
