Carefully pour the melted chocolate in the bowl at the base of the
tower.

The melted chocolate is drawn under the tower and carried up the
tower by the rotating Auger.

The chocolate should then begin to flow out from the top
the tower
and flow over the sides evenly to the next tier and so on.
Cheese Fondue and BBQ Sauce Recipes

Your chocolate fondue fountain can also be used as a Cheese Fountain and
BBQ Sauce Fountain. We recommend the recipes below to ensure an even
flow of sauce through the fondue fountain.
a.
CHEESE FONDUE RECIPE
i.
2 lbs Velveeta cheese, cut into small cubes
ii.
2 cups heavy cream
iii.
Pinch of salt
iv.
1-2 cups milk (used to thin sauce to correct consistency if
necessary)
v.
Mix salt with the cream and scald (almost to a boil).
vi.
Add cubed cheese to hot cream and melt over low heat,
stirring constantly.
vii.
Add 1 cup of milk to thin sauce to the correct consistency.
viii.
Pour cheese sauce into bowl at the base of the unit. Fill to
just below the rim.
*NOTE: This recipe makes enough leftover cheese sauce to add to the
fountain later if needed.
Suggested Dipping Items for Cheese Sauce: tortilla chips, mini
tacos, breaded chicken, cocktail sausages, assorted breads, bread
sticks, pretzels, cauliflower, broccoli florets, celery stalks.

*Premium-grade BBQ sauce will require additional thinning.
Mix BBQ sauce, with
water or apple juice, in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir well and add to the
fountain.
