Before use
Note:
Remove all packaging materials from the product.
Exercise instructions
The following instructions are only exercises of possible exercises. Please refer to the respective
literature for information about other exercises.
Wear comfortable athletic or leisure wear and warm up before exercising.
Pay attention to how fast you are carrying out the exercises. Start with slow movement.
Start with one set of 10–20 reps per exercise. Repeat each exercise 3–5 times. Rest
sufficiently between exercises.
Wearing instruction
Weighted gloves (see Fig. I)
Identify the left and right hand glove by the position of the hole for thumb.
Wear the glove and fix it with the Velcro.
Wrist weights (see Fig. J)
Put it on the wrist with the concave shape at the wrist side.
Wrap it around the wrist and fix it with the Velcro.
Shoe weights (see Fig. K)
Wear the shoe weight on shoe as Fig. K. Tie it through the ring with the Velcro strap.
