Correct use

This article was developed as a piece of training 
equipment with which you can train your entire 
body. The Powerstick was designed for private 
use and is not suitable for medical or commer-
cial purposes.   

 Safety notes

Warning! Risk of injury!

• Consult your doctor before you begin training.  
  Please ensure that you are in a proper state of  
  health for this training.

• Always remember to warm up before training  
  and train in accordance with your current  
  abilities.
  There is a risk of incurring serious injury if you  
  use too much effort and overtrain. If you expe- 
  rience any complaints or feel weak or tired  
  you must stop training immediately and  
  contact your doctor. 
• This article may only be used under adult  
  supervision and not as a toy.
• Keep the operating instructions and exercise  
  instructions to hand at all times.
• In order to train safely you need sufficient  
  space. Carry out the exercises with enough  
  space between you and objects or other  
  people so that nobody can be injured. 
• Only train on a flat, non-slip surface. 
• Do not use this article close to stairs or steps.
• The expanders are only for use in connection  
  with the Powerstick. 
• Never pull the expanders towards your face  
  and never wind them around your head, neck  
  or chest.   
• The maximum length of the expanders is  
  225cm.

• Never allow children to use this product  
  without supervision. Instruct them on the  
  correct use of the training equipment and  
  supervise them. Only allow use if the mental  
  and physical development of the children  
  permits the use. This product is not suitable for  
  use as a toy.

 Hazards through wear

• The article may only be used while in perfect  
  condition. Check the article for damage or  
  wear before each use. The safety of the  
  Powerstick can only be guaranteed if it is exa- 
  mined regularly for damage and wear.  
  Discontinue use of the product if it becomes  
  damaged. 
• When inspecting the product pay particular  
  attention to the elastic bands. If you discover  
  cracks in the plastic parts or in the expanders  
  then discontinue use of the article.
