Firmware Upgrades 

To take advantage of all the AV2 and PRO2 features, it is important that the unit 
contains the latest firmware available. Therefore, please check our website

) for the latest version of 

firmware. Not every product has a firmware upgrade, but as Crestron improves 
functions, adds new features, and extends the capabilities of our products, firmware 
upgrades are posted. For questions regarding upgrade procedures, contact Crestron 
customer service.  

Future Updates 

As Crestron improves functions, adds new features, and extends the capabilities of 
the 2-Series integrated dual bus control system, additional information may be made 
available as manual updates. These updates are solely electronic and serve as 
intermediary supplements prior to the release of a complete technical documentation 
revision.
