Configuration Guide — 8337B

Configure SIP Trunk Profile

A SIP trunk toward the PSTN routes calls to PSTN numbers.

To configure a SIP trunk profile:

1. Click Trunks > SIP Profiles.

ShoreTel Connect Director: Custom SIP Trunk Profile (1/2)

2. In the NAME column, check Default ITSP.

3. Click COPY.
