• Mount the Clubhouse window pack (63073-101) shutters
and flower box to the door & window panel.
• Position the access ladder as shown. Secure the access
ladder using the method shown in step 17 of the Lexington
instructions. Fasten the brackets to inside the ladder rails.
• Fasten the Access Ladder Handles (AG942-400) to the
Access Ladder.
• Install Monkey Bars (63079-102) on the front of the tower.
Mount one side directly to the post.
• Install the slide mount and slide using the method shown
in steps 23 and 24 of the Lexington instructions.
• Mount the Fireman's Pole (AA917-603) to the corner post
as shown.
• Install wall slats in the positions shown on the front page,
using the methods from the Lexington Instructions. Gaps
must be narrower than 3-1/2" or wider than 9" to prevent
potential head entrapment.
• Mount one hand grip to an entrance wall slat to the right
of the ladder. Mount the other hand grip to the adjacent
post at the same height, using 1/4 x 1-1/2" lag screws and
1/4" flat washers. Drill 3/16" diameter pilot holes for the lag
screws.
• Mount the Slide Handle (AG943-400) above the Super
Wave Slide.
• Double-check all fasteners are secure and all recessed
hardware is covered by hole caps.
