Commissioning
5.1.1
Inspection before Commissioning
All cables are connected correctly and firmly.
The phase sequence of all cables is correct.
The grounding point of the device is reliably grounded.
5.1.2
Commissioning steps

Turn on the upstream power supply.

Observe the PWR, PLC, RX, and TX indicators of PLC module. If all the
four indicators flash normally (refer to the detailed information in section
4.2.2), the device operates normally.
Regular Maintenance
WARNING!
Be careful of the live parts of the input and output sides when checking or
maintaining the device to avoid electric shock.
To keep the device working normally for a long time, it is necessary to check its working
status regularly. Regular maintenance items are as follows:
Cleaning regularly
Tighten the cables and check whether the GND cable is damaged.
Check whether the fuse of the fuse is abnormal, replace if necessary.
NOTICE!
The components in the AC-PLC KIT are specially designed for PV
applications, so they cannot be mixed with components of other brands.
Please change the components with the original parts of the same
model if necessary, or you can contact its dealer or manufacturer
immediately for help.
IMPORTANT!
It is recommended that the end users can implement special device
management regulations and arrange a management specialist to keep the
normal and safe operation of the AC-PLC KIT.
CAUTION!
The AC-PLC KIT can only be put into service after the installation and
inspection is completed.
