Fit the Top Tether
Pull the top tether around the side of the seat and insert it into the top
tether guide slot

Open the side impact protection nearest to the door (
see 5.1 for how to
open and close it
).
Fitting the top tether (
see 4.2 for how to install the top tether
).
Rotate the seat by 90° to the rearward facing position (
so that the child
faces the rear windshield
)
until there is a “click” noise and the indicator
next to the rotating adjustment handle turns green.
Grasp both shoulder straps with one hand, and pull the
adjustment strap

forwards with the other hand slowly.
When the hand with shoulder strap touches child body, stop
pulling the adjustment strap. The shoulder straps should be close
against the child's chest. (You should be able to fit 2 adult fingers
between the child’s strap and their chest.)
