Poor aftertaste
• Did you clean the storage tank?
Clean the inner water tank.
• The water filtration device has not been
used for a long time.
Get rid of the stored water and clean
the storage tank.
• Is it time to replace the filter?
Replace the filters.
No water
comes out of
the product.
• Is the feed water supply cut off or is the
feed water supply valve closed?
Open the feed water supply valve.
• Are the filters not being regularly replaced
at the times specified?
Replace the filters.
• Did you install the filters in place?
When the temperature drops, the amount of
water filtered decreases.
No cold water
comes out of
the product.
• Is the cold water temperature indicator
on?
Turn the cold water mode on by pressing the
cold water mode button for 3 seconds.
• Have you check the cooling system?
Request customer service.
• Is the power connected?
Connect the power to the voltage rating that
matches it on the rating plate.
• Did you close the feed water valve?
If water inside water tank is not enough, cold
water function is not activating to protect the
electronic motor. Open the feed water valve.
• Is the back of the product too close to the
wall?
Please keep the distance between the back
of the water purifier and the wall to 10 cm
or more.
No hot water
comes out of
the product.
• Is the hot water lock mode on?
Deactivate hot water lock mode.
• Is the hot water temperature indicator on? Turn the hot water mode on by pressing the
hot water mode button for 3 seconds.
• Is the power connected?
Connect the power to the voltage rating that
matches it on the rating plate.
• Did you close the feed water supply valve? Request customer service.
• Is water overflowing or leaking?
Check the feed water supply valve.
All functions
suddenly stop
during operation.
• Is the water being supplied properly?
Check the feed water supply valve.
• Is the power turned on?
Connect the power to the voltage rating that
matches it on the rating plate.
• Is ambient water overflowing or leaking?
Request customer service.
There is
leakage.
• Is water leaking from inside water tank or
product?
Check the feed water supply valve and
request customer service.
Users might improperly operate the product due to their unfamiliarity with how to use the
product. Check the following items to resolve such issues. If issues cannot be resolved using
these procedures, please contact a service center.
