• The water filtration device has not been
used for a long time.
Get rid of the stored water and clean the internal water
tank.
• Is it time to replace the filter?
Check the filter replacement indicator and replace the
filter.
No water
comes out of
the product.
• Is the water supply cut or the water
supply valve closed?
Open the feed water supply valve.
• Has the filter not replaced at the correct
time?
Check the filter replacement indicator and replace the
filter.
• Did you install the filters in place?
After installing the filters, check the red marks on the
filter case buttons.
Low volume
of purified
water.
• Is it time to replace the filter?
Check the filter replacement indicator and replace the
filter.
• Is the power connected?
Check if the power cord is plugged into a 220 V - 240
V~ 50 Hz / 60 Hz wall outlet.
• Did you close the feed water supply
valve?
Open the feed water supply valve.
• Did the temperature of the feed water
drop suddenly?
If the water temperature has decreased, the amount of
filtrated water decreases.
No cold
water comes
out of the
product.
• Is the cold water temperature indicator
on?
Turn the cold water function on by pressing the cold
water button.
• Did you close the feed water supply
valve?
Open the feed water supply valve.
• Is the back of the water filtration device
to close to the wall?
Please keep a distance of at least 10 cm between the
back of the water filtration device and the wall.
No hot water
comes out of
the product.
• Is the hot water lock button lit on?
Turn off the hot water lock function.
• Did you close the feed water supply
valve?
To prevent the heater from over-heating, the heater
function will not work if the water level is low. Open
the feed water supply valve.
• The lights of hot button and hot water
lock button have gone off after blinking
twice.
This is Auto-Safety Shut off function to prohibit the
heater’s overheating. Dispense the how water after a
while.
All operations
have
suddenly
stopped
while
operating.
• Is the feed water being supplied?
Check the feed water supply valve.
• Is the power connected?
Check if the power cord of the product is plugged into
a 220 V - 240 V~ 50 Hz / 60 Hz wall outlet.
• Is water overflowing or leaking?
In this case, please contact the service centre.
The water filtration device may operate abnormally because the user is unfamiliar with the
product or due to some other reason and not because of a product malfunction.
In such a case, problems can be easily solved via checking the following without help from the
service centre. If the problem is not solved after checking the following, please call the service
centre.
