7. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1. Lay leg frame (56) on floor.
STEP 2.
Insert all three legs (57) into
leg frame (56) with adjustable
foot (C) to the floor.
STEP 3.
Set FTP 180 Conveyor unit on
legs (57), by inserting each leg
on the inside of the outer
support (2).
STEP 4.
Turn each leg (57) to align the
hole
(8) for installation of bolts (37).
STEP 5.
Install bolts (37) thru hole (8)
and screw hex nut (32) loosely.
STEP 6.
Slide leg frame (56) approx.
15 inches from floor and tighten
with hex key in set screw (58).
STEP 7.
Tighten bolts (37) and hex nuts
(32).
8. CONVEYOR ROLLERS
Conveyor Rollers must have a1/8 inch
uniform clearance above inner support
as shown in Fig. 2.
To obtain the 1/8 inch dimension as
shown
in Fig. 2 bend the idler bracket (4) up or
down as needed. If an improper belt
seat
results, refer to page 6.
