position
Power cord not connected or
damaged
Hand pendant or actuator
connectors are loose
Load is too heavy
Check if other buttons are
working.
Ensure the power cord is
properly connected to the
electrical socket and the bed.
Ensure tight connection of all
connectors to control box.
Ensure the load weight is
within the designated
capacity. Reduce the load.
Casters/Brakes noisy or stiff.
Debris or fluff in bearings
Clean or replace casters.
Noisy or dry sound from
pivots.
Needs lubrication.
Lubricate your bed.
Unusual noise from actuator. Actuator is worn or damaged
or spindle is bent.
Replace the actuator. Contact
your supplier.
