Control panel
The front right side of the cabinet contains the
control panel. An electronic control unit
performs all cabinet control and regulation.
The thermostat is factory-adjusted for ideal
service in the LT version (ice-creams and
frozens) or MT version (meat) as ordered.

1. Lights ON/OFF control
2. Hold down manual defrost start for 5 seconds
3. To adjust the set point push the (3) key twice, then
adjust as appropriate using the (4) or (5) keys.

6. Hold down for 5 seconds to switch the controller to
stand-by mode
TO SELECT THE MT OR LT VERSIONS:
Switch the controller to Stand-by mode, hold
down the (4) key for 5 seconds and select
• Nt = MT operation
• Lt = LT operation
Then switch the controller back ON.
