Bevor starting maintenance
work:
•
Shutdown the fans pro-
perly and all-pole dis-
connecting from the grid!
•
Wait for the impeller to
stop!
• Secure it against being
switched on again!
The exhaust fan are through the
use of ball bearings with „Lifetime
lubrication. After having passed
the period during which the
grease keeps it‘s lubrication
capacity (about. 30-40000 h.) then
bearing exchange is a must.
To 1~Motor can decrease the
capacitor capacity in the course
of time. Life expectancy about.
30000 h. Please take note of ser-
vicing and maintenance activities.

Fan impeller has stopped!
•
Do not bend fan blades!
•
Electrical circuit has been
disconnected and protected
against reconnection!
•
To a change of storage use
only the original ball bea-
rings (special lubrications).
•
Observe health and safety
regulations.
•
Listen for untypical running
noises.
•
To any other damages (for
example winding damage)
please contact our repair de-
partment.
•
The air passages of the fan
must be unobstructed.
•
Regular cleaning prevents
distortions.
•
Bearing replacement after
having passed the period
during which the grease
keeps it‘s lubrication capacity
or in case of damage claims.
A maintenance manual is re-
quest for external rotor mo-
tors or please contact our re-
pair department (special
tools!).

cleaning equipment.
