o
Before installing the pump, the system must be thoroughly flushed with 80
°C hot water. Subsequently, the system must be drained completely, to
ensure that any residues or harmful substances are removed.
o
The water in the circuit may not contain hydrocarbon derivates or aromatic
products. If an antifreeze medium must be added, its proportion may not be
more than 30%.
o
The
supplied
thermal
insulation
shells
should
be
fitted,
and
it
must
be
ensured
that
the
condensate
drain
holes
in
the
motor
housing
are
not
clogged
or
partially
closed.
o
Always use a new set of gaskets for every maintenance operation.

Mounting
position
To
ensure
correct
electrical,
hydraulic,
and
mechanical
installation,
the
instructions
given
in
this
section
of
the
manual
must
be
strictly
observed.
Before
doing
any
mechanical
or
electrical
work,
the
device
must
always
be
disconnected
from
the
power
supply.
Before
opening
the
device,
all
indicator
lamps
in
the
control
panel
must
be
off.
Even
after
disconnecting
the
power
supply,
the
intermediate
circuit
capacitor
is
still
at
a
dangerously
high
voltage.
Only
securely
wired
connections
are
permitted.
The
device
must
be
grounded
(IEC
536
Class
1,
NEC,
and
other
corresponding
standards).
It
must
be
ensured
that
the
voltage
and
frequency
indicated
on
the
type
label
of
the
CPH
2.0
pump
corresponds
to
the
on

power
supply.
The
CPH
2.0
circulation
pump
must
always
be
mounted
with
the
motor
shaft
in
the
horizontal
direction.
The
electronic
control
unit
is
always
mounted
vertically.
If
the
system
is
fitted
with
a
non
‐
return
valve,
it
must
be
ensured
that
the
minimum
pump
pressure
is
always
higher
than
the
valve's
closing
pressure.
