6. Assembly Instructions
Please follow these assembly instructions step by step to
assemble this elliptical; the base end caps, foot cushions and
chain cover have been assembled in the factory.
1. Install the Front Stabilizer
Attached front stabilizer (2) to the main frame (1) with 2 sets of
half-round Allen bolt M8x16 (62), Spring washer

2. Install the Rear Stabilizer
Attached rear stabilizer (3) to the main frame (1) with 2 sets of
half-round Allen bolt M8x16 (62), Spring washer

3. Install the Front Upright Frame
a. Insert front plastic cover (25) to the tube of the front upright
frame (7) , then connect the Computer wire 2 (99) comes from
front upright frame (7) and Computer wire 1 (21) comes from
main frame (1) (see fig3)
b. Insert the Front upright frame (7) to the tube of the main frame
(1) and secure it with four sets of hexagonal bolts M8x20 (62),
spring flat washers

and two sets of M8x20 bolts (62), spring flat washers

big arc washer (22) on the front side as shown on figure 3.
4. Install the Hand Pulse Bar and Computer
a. Take out pulse wire (20) from the front upright frame (7), put
the handlebar (14) face to the screws hole of front upright frame
(7), secure it with 2 sets of half-round bolt M8x20 (62) ,spring
washer

b. Connect the Computer wire (99) and pulse wire (20) to the
corresponding wire from the computer, then put the cable into
the front upright frame (7), then used 4 pieces crosshead bolt
M5x12 (38) to fix computer (24) on the front upright frame (7) (See figure 4)
5. Install the Pedal Support Tube and the Pedal (Left & Right)
