ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
NOTE: It is well suggested that two or more people to assemble this machine to avoid
any possible injury.
Remove all the security tape and wrapping before the installation. Please refer the
individual steps for the installation and pay attention to the preinstalled hardware.
Step 1
A. Attach the Base frame (6) to the Weight stack frame (10) with the Hex socket
cylindrical bolts (17/M12*100), Flat washers (38), Washer plate (14) and Nylon nuts (33)
as shown.
B. Fix the Upright post (5) onto the Base frame (6) with the Hex socket cylindrical bolts
(20/M12*35), Flat washers (38) and Nylon nuts (33) as shown.
C. Attach the Upper frame (1) onto the Weight stack frame (10) with the Hex socket
cylindrical bolts (18/M12*80), Flat washers (38), Pad washers (16) and Nylon nuts (33)
as shown, then fix the Upper frame (1) to the Upright post (5) with the Hex socket
cylindrical bolts (20/M12*35), Flat washers (38) and Nylon nuts (33) as shown.
