7. Troubleshooting
To ensure the product’s quality and performance, the AxySpin R refrigerated microcentrifuge is 100%
inspected by the manufacturer. Error messages will appear on the display if the AxySpin R
refrigerated microcentrifuge fails to perform the attempted action properly. In the case of Error (Err)
messages or faults, please refer to the solutions in the following table to clear the error messages or
faults.
If the following solutions are not able to resolve the problem, please contact Axygen Scientific Inc.’
Service Department to arrange for authorized service.
