Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Solution
The REMOTE is not turning on
or I cannot see anything on the
screen The battery is depleted Make sure the REMOTE has been
fully charged
The indicator light of RECEIVER
is red The Battery is low Charge the RECEIVER soon or it
will turn off automatically
Adhesive pad does not stick after
moistening surface Adhesive gel pad needs to be
replaced Replace adhesive gel pad. Pads
can be purchased at the location
you purchased the unit or at
www.coreproducts.com
During use, the skin feels a
painful burning sensation or the
stimulation becomes weakened. Adhesive gel pads are not
adhering firmly to the skin or the
gel pads are too dry. Apply a few drops of water to the
adhesive surface of the pads.
Press firmly to the skin.
