Troubleshooting 

If the paper has jammed inside the duplex unit, as shown in 

C

, lift the 

duplex unit and remove the paper by holding it in the middle.

Close the front cover. 

Paper Jam at Cassette 2 (to 4)

Paper is jammed at the paper cassette. Remove the jammed paper using 
the procedure given below.

Pull out the paper feeder and remove the jammed paper.
