The registration switch (RSW) does not turn on within 1430 ms 
of the paper feed clutch (PFCL) turning on; 
the clutch is then successively held off for 1 s and turned back 
on once, but the switch again fails to turn on within 1254 ms.

feeder)

The registration switch (RSW) does not turn on within 2780 ms
