1-7 Remote Monitoring
In order to view and play recorded video the DVR must be connected to
the Internet/LAN.
Note: a COP Remote view and playback package is recommended.
To View or play back video at a remote site the user must have the
following:-
Windows PC connected to the Internet.
Microsoft Internet explorer web browser.
Note: At the remote viewing site it is recommended that broadband
ADSL be used to achieve the best performance.
To View and Play back recorded video at a remote site simply start Internet
explorer web browser on the remote computer and enter the IP address for
the DVR.
Note: Please consult the instructions provided with a COP Remote View & Playback
package or your Internet Service Provider for the relevant information.
1. Enter the IP Address of LINUX MPEG4 Security Video Server.
2. Select Cam 1

Cam 4
、
4 Split to monitor the first, the
second, the third, the fourth camera, or all cameras together in the 4
split screen.
3. Use the username “net” to login. (You must use “net” as the
username)
4. The “net” password is set by Administrator. Refer to section 4-6-6 for
password setting.
5. If you enter the wrong user name or password,
you
must close all
the web browser windows on your PC
, then restart a new browser
to try again.
