HOW TO COOK PASTA
Using chart below put pasta and water into bowl. All cooking
times based on 750 watt microwave. Place the lid on to the
bowl, and close the knob. Cook on high according to chart.
Open the knob, remove lid, drain and rinse before serving.

STEWED CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:
4 chicken thighs

beef bouillon cube
1 large chilli

Garlic (as desired)

measure of Brandy or Cognac.
Put the chicken thighs into the pressure cooker, placing the
thinnest parts to the centre. Pour in the

measure of brandy
or cognac and add garlic, salt and onion cut in quarters.
Dilute the

beef bouillon cube and the saffron in the water
and pour over the chicken. Cut the chilli into 4 pieces placing
1 on each thigh. Microwave for 15 minutes (knob opened) at
maximum power. Check the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Remove and serve.
RAGOUT OF MEAT WITH POTATOES
INGREDIENTS:
1lb chopped meat

Salt (as desired), saffron (as desired)
1 clove garlic,
1 bay leaf
1lb potatoes
1 measure of white wine
1 chilli
1lb mixed tomatoes, peas & carrots
Pour oil in the pressure cooker and add the chopped meat.
Chop the garlic, onion, chilli and tomatoes and add to the
pressure cooker, as well as the salt, bay leaf, peas, and the
measure of wine. Microwave for 20 minutes at the maximum
power (with knob opened). Remove the pressure cooker from
the microwave adding the chopped potatoes, pouring out the
saffron and stir. Return the pressure cooker to the microwave
oven for another 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
