Adjust the gap (0.3-0.4mm)
Hard to start

Throttle control not set properly.

Dirty air filter

Place throttle control in “Fast”
position.

Clean or replace air filter.

Drain fuel tank and
carburettor, fill with fresh
fuel.

Make sure plug wire is seated
properly on plug.

Make necessary adjustments.
When idling, the
engine is too fast
