ATTACH THE COMMODE PAN
Slide the commode pan under the seat from the rear of the chair.

ADJUSTING THE SEAT HEIGHT
The seat height can be adjusted to suit the user. As a rule the seat is at the correct
height when the user is sitting on the seat and both feet touch the ground.
The height must be the same on both sides.
Do not attempt to adjust the height with the user sitting in it.
Remove the commode pan, seat and backrest by reversing the instructions

previously given.
Remove the horseshoe clips securing the seat frame to the base plate.

Adjust the height of the seat frame, then secure by re-inserting the horseshoe

clips.
ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT OF THE FOOTRESTS
Remove the horseshoe clips.

Set the footrest at the correct height and line up the holes.

Re-insert the horseshoe clips.

Always apply the front and rear brakes before transferring a person onto or from

the chair, and when the chair is stationary.
Remove the footplates before transfer.

For side transfer, lift up the armrest.
3.
After transfer, replace the armrest into position ensuring that it has locked firmly

in place.
CAUTION! When folding the armrests up or down, take care not to trap
any body parts
Replace the footrests and lock into position using the clips.

Always make sure that the commode pan has been securely locked into place

before use.
