Operation (Continued):
1)
In the Water Bladder add ½ an ounce of Maintenence Additive ( #
5003-0001
).
Add 16
ounces of clean water.
2)
Fill the remainder of the Water Bladder with cubed ice.
3)
Seal the Water Bladder containing the
endurance ice
, the Maintenance Additive, and
the clean water, checking to ensure a tight and complete seal has been made on the
Water Bladder.
WARNING! The unit will leak if you do not ensure that the water bladder is sealed.
4)
Fold over the top of the Water Bladder and zip the cooler bag pack closed.
5)
Using the properly adjusted waist belt, attach the system to your waist.
6)
Turn the belt so that the packs are located on your left side for easy connection and
installation of the COOLSHIRT or Active Aqua Vest. With all connections made turn the
waist belt to place the pack in a comfortable position.
7)
Connect the battery and press the “ON”, you should feel a slight vibration and hear a
low hum.
8)
Within 30 seconds you will feel the COOLSHIRT or Active Aqua Vest begin to cool
indicating proper connections and installation of the systems components.
Maintenance:
1)
After each use of the system the unit should be drained. Open the Water Bladder and
pour out contents of the system.
2)
Connect lithium battery to the charger and re-charge the battery pack.
