Operating Instructions:
1.
Belt Adjustment
1)
This unit comes with and adjustable belt that ranges from 20 inches to 54 inches in length.
Simply slide the belt through the adjusting brackets to the desired length for proper fit.
2)
Once the belt is properly adjusted, use the Velcro covers attached to the belt to cover up
the excess.

Battery Charging and Installation
1)
Included with your systemare a lithium 12v battery and charger. Charging time is 3
hours
2)
Plug the battery into the charging cord. A red light located on the charging cord will
indicate that the battery is properly connected and charging. The light will turn green
when the battery is fully charged. Completely charge the battery for 4 hours prior to first
use.
3)
Re-insert the battery on either side of the pump located in the battery pouch.

Secure remaining cord into the pump pack
5)
Close the compartment.
3.
Ice Bottle Use and Installation
1)
The system comes with a round plastic ice bottle container that needs to be filled to
the top edge of the COOLSHIRT label on the bottle and placed in a freezer until frozen
all the way through for maximum cooling times. Overfilling will result in damage to
the bottle. An additional round ice bottle container is included.
2)
Open the Cam-Lock bladder located in the “cooler” bag.
3)
Place the round plastic ice bottle in the Cam-Lock Bag. For additional cooling, remove the
lid from the round plastic ice bottle prior to placing in the Cam-Lock Bag.
