Proper and regular cleaning will ensure safe operation and extend the 

useful life of the appliance.
 

Warning! Before performing cleaning and maintenance 

operations, turn the appliance off, disconnect it from the 

power source and let it cool down, so as to avoid burns and 

electrocution.

1. 

Disconnect the appliance from the power source.

2. 

Wipe the mixer with a soft, damp cloth, then dry it with a paper 

towel or a dry cloth. 

3. 

Wash the attachments with warm water and some dishwash-

ing liquid, rinse them and wipe dry. The attachments can be 

washed in a dishwasher.

4. 

If any residues cannot be removed easily, use a wooden or plas-

tic spatula.

ttention: Do not clean the appliance with any strong chemicals, al-

kali, abrasive or disinfecting agents, as they may damage the surface 

of the appliance.
Do not use metal, sharp or rough cleaning accessories, as they may 

damage the surface of the appliance! 
Do not immerse the appliance (the mixer) or the power cord in water 

or other liquids!
