Description
Oven lamp
/
Use for illuminating the cavity when cleaning. The lamp will also
operate for all cooking modes with the exception of Pyrolytic and
ECO.
Defrost
/
Circulates air at room temperature with no heat to assist the
thawing of frozen foods.
Bottom
(low power)
60 - 120 °C
(60 °C)
The bottom heating element is working in low power for keeping
food warm.
Standard
50 - 250 °C
(220 °C)
Traditional static heat from upper and lower heating elements
ensures that the foods remain moist when cooked for longer
periods of time. Ideal for slow baked cakes and soufflés.
Fanned
50 - 250 °C
(220 °C)
Combination of the fan and both heating elements provides more
even heat penetration, saving up to 30-40% of energy. Dishes are
lightly browned on the outside and still moist on the inside. Ideal for
grilling or roasting large pieces of meat at a higher temperature.
Grill
180 - 240 °C
(210 °C)
Only the upper heating element is working.
Best results are achieved by using the top shelf for smaller foods
and a lower shelf for larger foods. Ideal for rapid cooking and
browning.
Double grill
180 - 240 °C
(210 °C)
The inner heating element and the upper heating element are both
working. Ideal for grilling flat items and for browning foods.
