Troubleshooting

The following circumstances may not be a problem. Do not contact the 

customer services until the problem has been confirmed. 

If your freezer is still not functioning properly after making the above checks, 

please contact customer services.

There may be insufficient 

clearance between the 

freezer and the surfaces 

immediately on both sides
