The LED stays off even if
the power button is

ISSUE / QUESTION
What happens in case there
is no internet connectivity
or the eNode
DO
is powered
off?
The power line or signal
to be controlled has a
strenght > 8 Amps
The eNode
DO
is studied to have be in bypass in
both cases: when there is no connectivity or the
device is offline, it will simply “not act” and leave
the existing signal controlled by the relais as it is.

bigger relays to be added in the eNode
DO
as this
one is only for 8Amp.
The eNode is studied to resist most weather
conditions, but still it is very important to install it in
a safe area, protected from water, snow, rain and
direct sunlight.
If impossible to find a good location near the
existing actuator, you can install the eNode
extending the cables up to 3mt or install it directly
in the Electrical Box where the switches and BMS
cables are located. However it is preferrable to
install the eNode near the actuator to be controlled.
Double check the following:
- Is there power from the electric cables 24V?
- Is the eNode cabled correctly?
- Is the button firmly pressed in the ON position?
If this is the case, and the eNode LED light is still
off, please follow the steps:
- Turn off the eNode by pressing the button
- Turn ON the eNode by pressing the button again
- Wait for approximately 3 minutes.
