Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death. Do not use this carrycot if you cannot exactly follow the
instructions that come with it. Make sure carrycot is fully assembled and secure before use. Do not use the carrycot if it is damaged or broken.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION:
• Read all instructions before use of the infant carrier.
• This product is only suitable for a child who cannot sit up unassisted.
• Only use on a firm, horizontal level and dry surface.
• Do not let other children play unattended near the carrycot.
• Do not place the carrycot near an open fire or other source of strong heat.
• Inspect the handles and the bottom of the carrycot regularly for signs of damage and wear. Do not use if any part of the carrycot is broken,
torn or missing.
• Never leave child unattended when attached to stroller.
• Infant carriers not intended for use as infant restraint devices in motor vehicles. NEVER use this carrier/bassinet as a means to transport an
infant in a motor vehicle.
• Check this bassinet regularly before using it, and do not use it if any part is loose or missing or if there are any signs of damage. Do not
substitute parts. Contact Kolcraft if replacement parts or additional instructions are needed.
FALL HAZARD:
- To help prevent falls, do not use this bassinet for a child who can roll over or push up on hands and knees, or who has reached 20 lb (9 kg),
or who is the recommended max height of 25 inches (63.5 cm), whichever comes first.
- Child’s activity can move carrier. NEVER place carrier/bassinet on counter tops, tables, or any other elevated surface.
STRANGULATION HAZARDS: Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string around a child’s neck, such a hood strings or
pacifier cords. • Do not suspend strings over a bassinet or cradle or attach strings to toys. • Do not place any cord, strap or similar item in or
near this bassinet that could become wrapped around a child’s neck. • Do not place this bassinet near a window or patio door where a
child could reach the cord of a blind or curtain and be strangled.
