Warning: When used for extraction, refer to the
national regulations for building ventilation
systems. Do not connect the exhaust pipe to a
VMC type ventilation system, to a flue (chimney,
boiler, ...). Also check the absence of disruption
with the ventilation of the room when there are
gas appliances (water heater, gas cooker, ...). If in
doubt, use the hood in recycling mode.
Regulations
concerning the discharge of air have to be fulfilled.

Proper ventilation of the room must be provided
when the hood is used simultaneously with
appliances using gas or other fuel.

The air must not be vented through a duct that is
used to vent flue gases from appliances burning
gas or other fuels. The rules regarding the
evacuation of the air must be respected.
