Advice for freezing products
Please follow the following advice to take full advantage of the freezer’s
capabilities:

The maximum quantity of food that can be frozen during any 24-
hour period is specified on the unit’s information plate.
- The process of freezing items lasts 24 hours; never add any food to
the freezer during this period.
- Only freeze undamaged, fresh and clean food.
- Separate food into small portions before placing it into the freezer
so that it will freeze quickly and completely. This also allows you to
take out only the quantity of food needed when the time comes to
defrost it.
- Package foods in aluminium foil, cling film or a plastic food bag while
ensuring that the packaging is completely airtight.
- Never let fresh, non-frozen food come into contact with frozen
foods because they can cause the temperature of the frozen food to
rise.
- Low-fat foods stay fresh longer than fatty foods. Salt reduces the
period during which food can be kept fresh.
- Touching ice as soon as it comes out of the freezer can cause
frostbite. It is worth noting the date on which food items were
frozen on their packaging so that you can work out how long they
have been stored.
Tips for storing frozen food
To ensure that you are satisfied with the performance of this freezer,
please follow the following advice:

Ensure that the frozen meals or industrially frozen food were first
stored appropriately by the retailer.
- Ensure that food that is bought as frozen is transported as quickly as
possible between the shop and your freezer.
