5. ERRORS AND THEIR SOLUTIONS

Engine is not running No electricity Check the current at the termi-
nals with a tester
Piezoelectric button does not
fire
Rotate fan with tool
Gas not reaching burner Electrode in wrong position Set up the electrode in the cor-
rect position
Burner operates but goes out
immediately after gas valve is
released
Check contacts and electrical
lines
Burner turns off during normal
operation
Cylinder valve is closed open valve
Bottle is empty Replace the bottle
Mouthpiece is clogged Remove and clean mouth-
piece
Leaking supply line or fittings Check for leaks with foam and
repair
