You can call our call center with your landline or mobile phone without dialing area code and request
assistance for your product. You can also send us your wishes and complaints.
1. When you buy your product, you should have your Warranty Certificate confirmed by the Authorized Dealer.
2. Use your product according to the principles of the product manual.
3. When you need service for your product you can contact our call center at the following telephone
numbers.
4. Do not forget to ask the service technician “Services Receipt” after you received the service. The “Services
Receipt” you collect, will provide you benefit in the future for any problems that may occur on your product.
5. The warranty period of the product is 3 years. (Manufacturer warranty period is 3 years)

Feewillbechargedforthefollowingservices.Warrantyconditionsshallnotapplyfortheseservices;
1. Failures and damages resulting from usage errors,
2. Failures and damages resulting from loading, unloading, transportation etc. after delivered to customer.
3. Failures and damages resulting from electricity, water, gas, telephone, etc. network and/or infrastructure of
the place where the product is used.
4. Failures and damages resulting from natural events and fires, floods etc.,
5. Failures and damages resulting from use not complying with product introduction and instruction guides.
In case any person who is not authorized involves the product for maintenance, repair or another reason, then
the product shall be out of warranty.
Warranty period of the product which is replaced within its warranty period will be limited with the remaining
warranty period of the bought product.
