Sets the tuning mode

0=CATV
1=Off-Air
2=IRC
3=HRC
4=Cable Auto
D0 Scan Type "$A5,<dh>,<dl>,3,'D0',<Type>" (7 bytes)
Sets the scan type for populating the channel list.
<Type>
0=Scan for analog and digital channels
1=Scan for digital channels, delete analog channels
2=Scan for digital channels, keep analog channels
3=Scan for analog channels, delete digital channels
4=Scan for analog channels, keep digital channels

Sets volume in 64 steps 0 - 63.
For ICC1-IRX, volume will ramp to lowest setting, then ramp up to specified level.

Displays closed captions on screen.
