Connecting the Reference Clock Input Signal
This section provides an example of using an SMA cable to connect the reference clock input signal.
Use a commercially available SMA cable to connect the external device to the clock.
The input is AC-coupled. You can apply an external reference clock with a frequency of 10MHz.
To switch between the internal reference clock and an external reference clock, use the software.

CAUTION
- When you have specified external reference clock input, perform program initializations with the
input from the external reference clock applied.
- When you have specified external reference clock input, if the applied reference clock does not
meet the input specifications, the product will automatically switch to the internal clock.
