Power has been supplied.

OFF

Power has not been supplied.

ST1(Green)

Refer to the software manual, CPS-PC Series system setup guide.

ST2(Red)

Refer to the software manual, CPS-PC Series system setup guide.

ERR(Red)

It will light up when the error occurs.

OFF

It indicates the system runs normally.

DIO0-DIO3(Green)

It will light up at the time of inputting/outputting.

OFF

It indicates there is no inputting/outputting.
