until it locks into position blade replacement. We
hear a "click" when the pin is engaged.
• Press the shaft lock (14) and rotate the saw blade
(17) until that it clicks into place.
• Hold the locking pin (14) in down position and
open the screw counter locking the blade (a) in the
direction of the Clockwise.
• Remove the outer flange (b) and the saw blade
(11) (Warning: risk of injury, wear gloves).
• Insert a new blade and the flange.
• Tighten the saw blade locking screw, while
while keeping the shaft lock pressed.
• Once the blade has been replaced, press the
plunge cut trigger to returnthe cutting head.
Cut indicators (Fig. 12)
• The cutting line should be aligned with the '0'
marker arrow when performing a plunge cut at 0°.
• The cutting line should be aligned with the '45'
marker arrow when performing a plunge cut at
45°.
OPERATION
After having performed all the above procedures
and operations, you may begin cutting.
ATTENTION:
Always keep hands away from the
cutting area and do not try to approach it when
the machine is running.
Switching the product on/off (Fig.7)
To switch on, first press safety button (3) and then
press the On/Off switch (4).
To switch off, release the On/Off switch (4).
Speed selectin (Fig.8)
The speed controller (12) provides variable speed
settings between 2200 and 5200 rpm for the saw
blade. This enables you to optimize the cutting
speed to suit different material.
Set the desired speed with the speed preselection
adjustment dial (12).
1–2 = slow speed
3–4 = medium speed
5–7 = high speed
Operating and holding the plunge-cut saw
• Secure the work piece so that it cannot get
displaced or moved while sawing.
• Only move the saw forwards.
• Grip the saw tightly with both hands ensuring
that one hand is placed on the main handle and
the other on the front handle.
• When using the track, it must be fastened with
screw clamps.
• Make sure the power cable is not placed in the
sawing direction.
Sawing
• Place the front part of the machine on the
workpiece
• Turn on the machine using the on / off switch (4)
• Press the dive trigger (3)
• Push the saw down to reach the cutting depth
• Guide the saw steadily forward
• After cutting, switch off the machine and raise the
saw blade up.
Adjusting the guide rail
• The locking screws (16,1) are used to determine
the accuracy of the fit of the saw table to the
supplied Guide Rail.
Tighten the locking screw (16,1) to secure the

By turning the guide rail knob (16,2), the plunge saw
can be attached to the guide rail in the horizontal

Connecting the guide rail (Fig.10)
The guide rail (20) is used to make straight cuts. To
connect two guide rails, insert the connecting
element (22) into the recesses of the guide rails.
Tighten the locking screw (21) with the Allen
Wrench (19).
Note: The guide rail (20) is equipped with impact
protection (black rubber lip). The shock protection
must be in front of the first Cup. Place the guide rail
on a workpiece. Set the plunge saw to a cutting
depth of approximately 10mm. Place the plunge
saw on the guide rail and guide it continuously in the
direction with light pressure of the cut.
Cutting with track
• Place the machine in the track.
• Turn on the machine by pressing the on/off
switch (4).
• Press the saw downwards to reach the sawing
depth. During first use the rubber lip is sawn off
and thus splitter protection is guaranteed up to
the saw blade.
• Push the saw uniformly forwards.
• Turn off the machine and tilt the saw blade to
the top when the saw cutting is complete.
Sawing with dust suction (Fig.12)
Connect the suction hose to the exhaust nozzle
(18).
Carbon Brush Replacement
• Remove and check the carbon brushes regularly.
• Both carbon brushes should be replaced at the
same time. Use only identical carbon brushes.
• Use a screwdriver to remove the brush holder
caps.
• Take out the worn carbon brushes, insert the
new ones and secure the brush holder caps.
Use only the correct type of
carbon brushes.
