LINER INSTALLATION PROCEDURES
When using your Vinyl-Vac System on a new construction installation where there is no existing deck to place it close to the pool, we suggest
you go to any building supplier and buy a piece of 4” weeping tile, non perforated, 2-3 feet or whatever length you need to position your
Vinyl-Vac System away from the pool. Connect the other end to the Vinyl-Vac inlet.
We suggest 4” weeping tile because the ribs are shallow and rounded. After testing, doesn’t restrict air flow, also its flexibility does not break
down after extended use and it’s inexpensive.
We do not supply the weeping tile because it is too costly to package and ship and we would have to pass this expense on to you, the dealer.
“What if I have sand bottoms?”
When installing a liner in a pool with a sand bottom, keep the 4” pipe 1” from the sand bottom and drill four 9/16” holes in the side of the pipe,
2 holes on each side, not more than 6” from the bottom. This relieves the concentration of suction from the bottom of the pipe. The reason for
keeping the 9/16” holes low on the pipe is to keep the suction low on the pipe where the cove is at the bottom of the wall. The cove is the air
channel around the pool.
“What if I have foamed walls, how do I keep the foam from being sucked into
the pipe”
After positioning the Vinyl-Vac System cut a 6”-7” arch in the foam at the point of entry
for the pipe, as shown in Fig.6, before installing the liner.
After you’re finished installing the sand bottom liner we suggest you tape the 9/16”
holes with duct tape to return full suction concentration to the bottom of the pipe so if
your next liner installation has ground water it will be able to pick it up.

TION DE LA DOUBLURE
Lors de l'utilisation de votre système Vinyl-V
ac sur une nouvelle installation de construction où il n'y a pas de plate-forme existante pour le
placer près de la piscine, nous vous suggérons d'aller chez n'importe quel fournisseur de construction et d'acheter un morceau de drain français
de 4”, non perforée, 2-3 pieds ou quelle que soit la longueur dont vous avez besoin pour positionner votre système Vinyl-V
ac loin de la piscine.
Branchez l'autre extrémité à l'entrée du Vinyl-V
ac.
Nous suggérons un drain français de 4” parce que les nervures sont peu profondes et arrondies. Après essai, ne limite pas le dé
bit d'air, sa
flexibilité ne l’endommage pas après une utilisation prolongée et il est peu coûteux.
Nous ne fournissons pas le drain français car il est trop coûteux à emballer et à expédier et nous aurions à vous refiler cette dépense, le
distributeur.
“Et si j'ai un fond de sable?”
Lors de l'installation d'une doublure dans une piscine avec un fond de sable, gardez le boyau de 4" à 1" du fond de sable et percez quatre trous
de 9/16" sur le côté du boyau, 2 trous de chaque côté, pas plus de 6" du fond de sable. Cela réduit la concentration d'aspiration du bas du
boyau. La raison de garder les trous de 9/16" bas sur le boyau est de maintenir
l'aspiration basse sur le boyau où la crique se trouve au bas du mur. La crique est le
canal d'air autour de la piscine.
"Et si j'ai des murs en mousse, comment puis-je empêcher la mousse d'être
aspirée dans le boyau"
Après avoir positionné le système Vinyl-V
ac, coupez un arc de 6" à 7" dans la
mousse au point d'entrée du boyau, tel que montré à la Fig.6, avant d'installer la
doublure.
Une fois que vous avez terminé l'installation de la doublure de fond de sable, nous vous suggérons de boucher les trous de 9/16" avec du ruban
adhésif pour ramener la concentration d'aspiration complète au fond du boyau, donc si votre prochaine installation de doublure a de l'eau
souterraine, il pourra le ramasser.
