6. Operation
a) Connection
• First of all remove any load possibly connected to the
socket of „UT 100“.
• Then plug „UT 100“ (without connected load) into a correct
mains socket (230V~/50Hz) with a protective earth
conductor.
„UT 100“ carries out a self-test, all display elements are
displayed briefly, the power relay is switched on briefly for
functional check (slight audible chatter).
Then it starts in an automatic mode with the temperature
measured by the sensor being displayed.
• The „Heizen“ (= „Heating“) or „Kühlen“ (= „Cooling“) display
depends on the temperature thresholds set and takes place
automatically:
„Heizen“ (= „Heating“)
Switch-off temeprature is above the switch-on temperature
„Kühlen“ (= „Cooling“)
Switch-off temperature is below the switch-on temperature
• The respective current state of the integrated switching
socket is displayed as „Ein“ (= „On“) or „Aus“ (= „Off“).
