Intended use
The universal lighter with LED serves for lighting cigarettes, cigars, candles, etc., for providing a
mobile source of lighting and for opening bottles with crown corks.
It may be filled only with the commercially available lighter gas.
The product is approved exclusively for battery operation. Any other power supply may not be
used. The matching type of battery is listed under "Technical Data".
Any use other than the one mentioned above is not permitted and will lead to a damage of the
product. A use other than the intended one is also associated with risks like short-circuit, fire, etc.
Please always pay attention to the safety instructions!
Safety instructions
The warranty claim becomes null and void in case of damages caused by a
non-adherence to these instructions for use. We are not liable for any
consequential damages.
We are also not liable for any damages to person or property caused by an
improper handling or non-adherence to the safety instructions. All warranty
claims shall become null and void in such cases.

The device, the batteries and the container of lighter gas should not be allowed to fall in the
hands of children. Please keep then out of the reach of children.
•
Lighters contain butane gas. For this reason, keep them away from sources of heat and direct
sunlight (> 50°C).
•
Do not remove or open the filling valve, in order to let the gas flow out.
•
Gas tanks of lighters may not be opened, damaged or kept in fire or open flames! Risk of
explosion!
•
Do not put any mechanical load on the lighters. Otherwise, the gas tank can start leaking (risk
of fire or explosion!).
•
Do not try to repair the lighter. Should a lighter become defective or damaged, dispose it off
properly.
•
Lighters may not be used, filled or stored in areas, where explosive, easily inflammable
materials, combustible gases, vapours or combustible liquids (solvents, alcohols, petrol, etc.)
are present or can be present. There is a risk of fire or explosion!
•
Never look directly in the LED-beam and never point the beam to persons or animals. The
LED-rays can cause damage to the eyes.
•
Never point the LED-beam on mirrors or other reflecting surfaces. The beam, deflected in an
uncontrolled way, can fall upon and harm persons or animals.
