2. Intended use
This surveillance camera is intended for video and audio surveillance of objects.
This surveillance camera is intended for mobile use e.g. attached to a shirt pocket.
The surveillance camera can be used independently due to the built-in lithium-ion
rechargeable battery.
The delivered USB cable also charges the built-in battery when connected to a PC
or laptop. In addition the USB cable can be connected to the delivered wall power
supply to charge the battery.
The camera is equipped with 6 IR LEDs for night vision. Please note that the image
recordings are black and white when the IR LEDs are active during darkness.
The surveillance camera features an SD/MMC card slot on the right side of the
housing. You can use SD or MMC cards of up to 2 GB. The images can be stored
on a memory card for later playback or backup on a PC with an SD card reader
(available optionally).
The components included in delivery are intended for dry indoor use only. They
must not get damp or wet.
Please note that you incur a penalty if you observe or record others with this camera
without their knowing and consent.
Any use other than that described above could lead to damage to this product and
involves the risk of short circuits, fire, electric shock, etc.
No part of this product may be modified or rebuilt.
The safety instructions must be observed!
