Proceed as follows, to ensure the correct installation:
• Take out the main fuse from your fuse box (in the case of threaded/automatic fuses) or switch
off the main fuse before starting with the installation.
• Remove the 4 housing screws and remove the front cover carefully.
• At the back of the device there are four mounting holes. Hold the device’s back to the desired
spot for installation and mark the mounting holes on the wall (e.g, using a pencil).
☞
Please note, the housing must be mounted with the cable gland pointing
downwards.
• Drill the holes for mounting into the wall.
• Attach the back of the device’s housing to the wall with suitable mounting material.
• Connect the internal terminal according to the following connection example:

Timer and Brightness Setup
The timer with light-sensor switch has a control dial to adjust the brightness (adjustment range
3 Lux to 1000 Lux) as well as a control dial for the timer setting.
Set the desired brightness (using the left control dial).
Settings for the timer control dial:
D-D:
This setting turns on the connected electrical devices at
sunset and turns them off at sunrise.
2H, 4H, 6H, 8H:
Timer setting 2h (= 2 hours), 4h (= 4 hours), 6h (= 6
hours, 8h (= 8 hours)
☞
Please note, that if a timer time has been set (2h, 4h, 6h, 8h) the connected device
will be switched on when reaching the set brightness threshold and it will be
switched off after the timer’s time has elapsed.
If it becomes brighter during the active timer period (e.g, when illumination is
switched on) the timer will be interrupted and the connected device will be deacti-
vated. After the light has faded again (e.g, illumination has been turned off) the con-
nected device will be reactivated for the remaining duration of the timer.
• Reassemble the housing components after successfully making the connections and replace
the housing screws.
• Replace the main fuse into your fuse box (in the case of threaded automatic/ fuses) or switch
on the main fuse.
