Raccordement
Lors du raccordement des haut-parleurs, veiller à ne pas coincer
les câbles et à ne pas les endommager au niveau d'arêtes vives.
Le raccordement doit uniquement s'effectuer aux sorties haut-
parleurs prévues à cet effet sur les appareils audio.
S'assurer que les valeurs d'impédance et de charge admissible
indiquées dans les caractéristiques techniques sont compatibles
avec celles de l'amplificateur raccordé. Dans le cas contraire, les
haut-parleurs ou l'amplificateur pourraient être endommagés.

Functional description
The loudspeakers are constructed on the three-way bass-reflex principle.
A 30 cm bass speaker outputs the woofer range, two cone midrange speakers pro-
duce the midrange and a powerful horn is used for the tweeter range.
Commissioning
To guarantee proper commissioning, these Operating Instruc-
tions, including the safety instructions, must be thoroughly read
and noted before using the speaker!
Setting up
Do not set up the loudspeakers in the immediate vicinity of display
screens, such as television sets or computer monitors. There is a
danger that the magnetic fields of the loudspeaker will distort the
picture.
To obtain the best possible sound, please carry out the following setting up instruc-
tions as carefully as possible in the room:
• Set up the loudspeaker so that the hearing point is as far as possible an equal
distance from both loudspeakers (equilateral triangle).
• In rectangular rooms the speakers should if possible be set up along the shortest
wall.
• The tweeters should be mounted at approximately ear height. Speaker stands pla-
ced on the floor to raise the tweeters to ear height are very useful for this purpose.
• Allow a clear space around the speakers (approximately 50 cm from each wall).
Experiment with different possible arrangements and alignments of the speakers to
find the best possible location for your room.
