Step 3: Use 4 M8x15mm bolts and washers to attach base stabilizer bars to bases. Ensure
holes in base stabilizer bars are perpendicular to floor (fig. 11). Thread each bolt, tighten
incrementally until snug (fig. 11 & 12). Once seat base stabilizer bars are attached, flip seat and
attach shorter piece of the center bar (fig. 14, 13) with 2 M6 x 20mm bolts (the skinnier bolts).
Be sure to attach so center bar extends out the front of the seat (fig. 13).
